Lawrence M. Schonberger is a principal of Sevila, Saunders, Huddleston
& White, P.C. Mr. Schonberger's practice emphasizes real
estate, commercial transactions, small business corporations,
foreclosures, and community association law He served two terms
(1997-2000; 2000-2003) on the Board of Governors for the Real
Property Section of the Virginia State Bar, during which he served as
Secretary (1999-2000), Vice-Chair (2000-2001) and Chair (2001-2002)
of the board. He has written articles on real property issues for
the Section's publication the Fee Simple, and
lectured on real property issues for Virginia CLE, the educational
division of the Virginia Law Foundation, and lectured on community
association issues for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the
Community Associations Institute. He has been designated one of
Virginia's "Legal Elite" on numerous occasions by Virginia
Business Magazine. Mr. Schonberger has also received a
peer review rating of AV from Martindale-Hubbell.
