Benjamin Fitzgerald

Benjamin Fitzgerald is a principal with SSHW and has been with the firm since 2002. Mr. Fitzgerald practices civil litigation with an emphasis on family law. He has extensive experience in equitable distribution, child and spousal support, custody and visitation, adoptions and protective order matters. He has also experience in personal injury, debt collection and real estate matters. Mr. Fitzgerald appears in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Clarke County, Frederick County and the City of Winchester and has argued cases before the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.
