Benjamin Fitzgerald is a principal with SSHW and has been with the firm since 2002. Mr. Fitzgerald was voted one of Virginia's top young lawyers in 2007 by Virginia Business Weekly. He practices primarily in family law, collections, landlord tenant law and civil litigation. He practices exclusively in Virginia state courts primarily in Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, and Fauquier counties and the city of Winchester.  

Mr. Fitzgerald was selected as a Rising Star by Virginia Super Lawyers in 2011.  Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
