William R. Fitzpatrick is a principal and has been with Sevila, Saunders, Huddleston & White, P.C. since 2000. He has been an attorney since 1993. Prior to his relationship with Sevila, Saunders, Huddleston & White, P.C., Mr. Fitzpatrick was employed as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the County of Loudoun and as an Assistant Public Defender for both Fairfax County and the City of Roanoke. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyers' Association. He has been named a 'Legal Elite' by the magazine Virginia Business. He has served in leadership positions in both the Virginia State Bar and in the Loudoun County Bar Association.
Mr. Fitzpatrick's range of practice focuses on criminal and traffic matters, employment related issues, commercial litigation, business law, landlord-tenant law, and trusts and estates. Mr. Fitzpatrick invests his time in the local community, volunteering with the Loudoun Aftercare Program, the Leesburg Crime Line, and coaching his three sons' respective sports teams.
